My Yoga story started back in India when I was growing up seeing my mom regularly practice Yoga and emphasize a healthy lifestyle. This inspired me to continue learning about my mind, body, and spirit. I enjoy an athletic practice where I can continuously push my body to reach its full potential, my focus all these years has been to build a sequence for strengthening all parts of my body where they collectively work together to help achieve the final goal/ asana posture. My style of yoga is closely influenced by ashtanga practice where the emphasis is on the unification of mind, body and breath. I love teaching a vinyasa style power flow with fun moves such as handstands, creative transitions between asanas, arm balance, backbends etc. My goal is to introduce my students to new challenges and guide them to achieve their personal goals.
